Surf City Beach home
This is a great beach front property, fantastic views of the ocean and such beautiful house built with attention to every detail! Glenn is a great host that took care of everything we needed. Although the weather was not great we had a wonderful time! We will definitely go back again! I would recommend this house to anyone that would like to visit the shore and have good time with family and friends!

Perfect location. Walking distance to all conveniences; Grocers, fish monger, butcher, liquor store and well rated restaurants. Easy access to beach and high dune location with excellent views down the beach.

There are beach houses and then there is this beach house!
When you walk into this stunning brand-new beach front 6 bedroom/6 bath home, the first and only thing you see is the incredible lofty panoramic views of the most beautiful beach! Every room has an unobstructed view of the ocean. Every floor has a large deck, whether you want to barbecue or sunbathe. Even the brand-new hot tub sits where you still can see the ocean right in front of you
The location is perfect. You are directly on the beach with your own private path leading to the waves. There is a lifeguard station directly in front of the house so you can rest easy knowing your family is safe. You are also only 1 block from the center of Surf City with the grocery store right on the corner and fun restaurants and shops all just a skip away. We barely used our cars the whole week we were there! We just biked and walked everywhere.
The house is very comfortable and is great for large families. Everyone has their own privacy at the end of the day with 3 of the 6 bedrooms ensuite. The kitchen is well equipped with pots/pans and cooking utensils. It is a true chef’s kitchen and we cooked a lot! The BBQ is right off the kitchen on a large eat out deck which also made it easy to enjoy. The large screen TV in the living room is connected to the Sonos system so watching movies together was cinematic!
Lastly, Glenn, the owner, could not have been more accommodating and welcoming. He was great to coordinate with from start to finish. The house was well equipped with many things you normally would not have in a weekly rental such as basic kitchen staples, shampoo, dish soap, garbage bags, laundry detergent, beach chairs and boogie boards. It is a nice touch and made it that much easier to just relax! And relax we did! We loved every minute of this beautiful spot and hope to return next Summer!
